Ron is a newly elected member of the Board of Education and representing district 4. He is a graduate of Augusta Independent Schools and has lived in Mason County for the past 17 years.  He received his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Education form Morehead State University, Master of Arts in Career and Technical Education from University of South Florida and his Rank I in Education Administration from Xavier University. He from the area and has lived in Mason County for the past 17 years. Ron has 26 years of teaching experience in education, administration and a diverse experience in the Engineering and Architecture field. His experiences include teaching in West Palm Beach Florida, Campbell County schools and currently teaching in Fort Thomas School District. He has worked with a diverse group of students, teachers, staff and community members throughout his career. Ron’s wife, Lori is a Dietician and Facility Administrator for DaVita Dialysis. They have three children in the school district Cameron, Matthew and Emma. As a family they love to travel, boat, ski, hunt and fish. Ron is very passionate about education and is excited to bring all his experiences to Mason County.
